2. Payment: Payment for services must be made in accordance with the agreed payment terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received.

3. Refunds: If we are unable to deliver services as agreed, we will provide a refund within 14 days of the request. Refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of the work completed.

4. Confidentiality: We will not disclose any confidential information of our clients to any third party without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property developed during the course of our services will be owned by Techverden Private Limited.

6. Limitation of Liability: Techverden Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if the client breaches any of these terms and conditions.

REFUND POLICY:

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:

• If you cancel a service before it has been provided, we will refund 100% of the cost of the service.
• If you cancel a service after it has been provided but within 7 days of the purchase date, we will refund 50% of the cost of the service.
• No refunds will be given for services cancelled after 7 days of the purchase date.

1. If we are unable to deliver the services as agreed, we will provide a refund within 14 days of the request.

2. Refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of the work completed.

3. If the client cancels the services after the work has started, a refund will be provided based on the percentage of the work completed, minus any expenses incurred.

4. No refund will be provided if the client terminates the services after completion of the work.

5. Techverden Private Limited reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
